Coan Herbert Wright 1917
Born March 12, 1884 in Sumner, Lawrence County, Illinois.
Died September 4, 1953 in Naperville, DuPage County, Illinois.
Married Elsie Mae Griswold, they had two sons, John Griswold and William Coan.
Telegraph Operator for the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Rail Road.
Member of the Naperville Municipal Band for many years, served as Director 1922-1923, and on the board of directors in 1931.
Also served Euclid Lodge as Senior Warden in 1916, as Junior Warden in 1915, as Senior Deacon in 1914, and as Junior Steward in 1913.

Coan H. Wright
Funeral services were held Sunday in First Methodist Church for Coan H. Wright, who died Friday at his home at 215 N. Ellsworth St.
Mr. Wright had worked in Naperville as ticket agent for the Burlington railroad for the past 47 years.
He was a Past Master of Euclid No. 65 Blue Lodge of A.F. & A.M. of Naperville, and was one of the organizers, and for 20 years a member, of the Naperville Municipal Band. He was still a member of the board of the musical organization at the time of his death.
He was born in Sumner, Ill., March 12, 1884, one of five children of Rev. and Mrs. John Riley Wright.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edna Tousley Wright; two sons, John G. Wright of Chicago and William C. Wright of Forest Grove, Ore.; two sisters, Mrs. Cora Marshall of Mt. Morris, and Mrs. Elva DeGraff of Forreston; two step-daughters, Mrs. Robert Ibsen of West Peabody, Mass., and Mrs. Sheldon Perrine of Aurora, and seven grandchildren.
Religious services at the church and cemetery were conducted by Rev. Wesley M. Westerberg. Masonic services were conducted at the cemetery.
