Born September 28, 1870 in Ashland, Schuykill County, Pennsylvania.
Died June 16, 1937 in Naperville, DuPage County, Illinois.
Married to Cecilia Margaret Dusch, they had two daughters, Hazel and Madge.
Occupation, Jeweler.
Also served Euclid Lodge as Junior Warden in 1910, as Chaplain in 1920, as Senior Deacon in 1909, as Junior Deacon in 1908, as Senior Steward in 1914, and as Marshall in 1918 and 1919.
He also served as High Priest of Euclid Chapter No.13 RAM in 1919.

Charles D. Faust was born in Ashland, Pa., September 28, 1870. He was united in marriage to Cecilia Margaret Dusch, and to this union were born two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Gieske of Naperville, and Mrs. Madge Kendall of Blair, Nebr., who survive him.
He came to Chicago thiry years ago and shortly thereafter moved to Naperville where he spent the remaining years of his life. Nine years ago his wife preceded him in death. Since then he has made his home with his daughter, Mrs. Norman Gieske, of Naperville.
He became affiliated with the Masonic Order and in 1912 was elected Master of Euclid Lodge which office he filled with honor. He was highly esteemed and loved by all who knew him and his loss will be felt by legions of his friends.
He leaves to mourn his passing, two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Faust Gieske, and Mrs. Madge Faust Kendall, three grandchildren, Kathleen and Lane Gieske and Peggy Kendal, three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Faust Hoover, Miss Maude Faust, and Mrs. Lulu Faust Arl.
The funeral services were held Saturday, June 19, at 2:45 p.m., at the Oliver Beidelman Chapel. Dr. H. V. Holt of Evanston, Ill. officiated. Mrs. Herbert Matter very beautifully sang a prayer, "Holy Spirit". The Masonic Lodge had charge of the very impressive services at the Naperville Cemetery. The pall bearers were Eli Stark, Allen Mowry, John Eisele, Mark Pickell, Arthur Goodge, and Joseph Lindblad.
