Euclid Dues: The 2007 dues notices were mailed on November 30.2006. I have received 77 payments as of January 14, 2007. I am still waiting for 32 brethren to respond with their payment. It would be greatly appreciated if those outstanding dues payments could be sent ASAP. As a side note, 17 members purchased Life Membership prior to December31, and they will never receive another dues notice from Euclid Lodge. As we have said many times before, if dues payment creates a financial burden, let the Worshipful Master or the Secretary know. We have means to help but we need to know before we can do any thing.
Salvation Army Bell Ringing: For the last two issues I have been promising that I would have the report on the amount collected during our day of ringing the bell. After many calls by Brother Will to the Aurora office of the Salvation Army they finally furnished him with that number. May I have the envelope please. The number is $469.31. A formal letter is supposed to be on the way to make the report official. If my memory serves me correctly, that number is some what short of prior years efforts but it still is something not too shabby for a days work for the charity.
