Euclid Dues: The 2007 dues notices were mailed on November 30, 2006. I have received 66 payments as of January 14, 2007. I am still waiting for 43 Brethren to respond with their payment. It would be greatly appreciated if those outstanding dues payments could be sent ASAP. As a side note, 17 members purchased Life Memberships prior to December 31st and they will never receive another dues notice from Euclid Lodge. As we have said many times before, if dues payment create a financial burden, let the Worshipful Master or the Secretary know. We have means to help but we need to know before we can do anything.
Salvation Army Bell Ringing: Last month I reported that the February issue would have a report on the amount of money contained in the two kettles from our bell ringing on Saturday, December 1, 2006. I am sorry to report that this information has not been received. Brother John Will, Senior Warden, is on the case and hopefully, the March issue will have that number.

Obituary notice: Once again a Brother Mason, having completed the designs laid down on life's trestleboard and having answered the last summons of the Grand Warden of Heaven, has now entered the Celestial Lodge above, over which the Supreme Architect of the Universe presides. Walter Thomas Bartow was born on July 28, 1917 at Alton, Illinois. He was initiated an Entered Apprentice on October 21, 1980, passed to the degree of Fellowcraft on December 16, 1980; raised to the Sublime degree of Master Mason on February 28, 1981. He served as Worshipful Master of Euclid Lodge for the Masonic years of 1985 & 1986. He was called from his labors on earth to Eternal Refreshment in The Paradise of God on November 16, 2006 at Chattanooga, TN. Thus ends the Masonic Record of this just and upright Mason.
