January 2007
Euclid Dues: The 2007 dues notices were mailed on November 30, 2006. I have received about 35 payments. Many thanks to those Brethren for their prompt action. On the disheartening side of the equation, I have also received three envelopes returned by the Post Office as undeliverable marked "Moved No Forwarding Address". Please, if you are going to or have recently moved, make sure you notify the Lodge of your correct address. We are subject to a postage charge for each incorrect address we have and that is another reason to keep the Lodge informed of any address change.
Salvation
Army Bell Ringing: Saturday, December 1st found members of Euclid
Lodge manning two kettles at the Jewel/Osco store at Washington and Ogden
for the entire day.We have not received our contribution totals from the
Salvation Army as of this writing but stay tuned for the next issue and it will
be there.
Lodge Christmas Party: Brother John Will, Senior Warden,
reported he has over 45 children attending the annual Christmas party on
Saturday, December 16th. This is the largest turnout we have ever had. John and
his wife have made many trips to the shopping center to make sure that Santa has
a package for every child that comes to the party.
